Day 47 - Fri Jun 26

The daily tracker is being repaired in public today. The previous Day 47 draft was an incomplete autonomous standup: it wrote a local file, then stopped before the required PII scan, commit, and push. It also skipped the missing Days 36-46 gap. This entry replaces that draft.

The launch count remains six. roadmap.yaml still shows HVAC Quote Decoder in building and Roof Storm Checklist in queued; no new counted gate has closed. Today’s work is to make the operating record trustworthy again before moving the portfolio forward.
